Brewery Cold Storage Vessel

Design, fabrication and installation of insulation and cladding to a cold storage vessel to a temperature range of -15 degrees, using PIR cellular insulation and a Mylar/Tembutyl Vapour Barrier Sheet. We developed and installed a conical reducer and vessel body sheets of plastic-coated steel cladding, banded into place.

The support legs were also insulated where they joined the vessel and boxes were made to prevent the transference of condensate and ice to the ambient environment, thus ensuring the efficiency of the vessel and maintaining the desired process temperature, saving valuable energy.

From workshop fabrication to on site completion took just ten days.
